摘要: 医学临床专业的实习属于医学生高校教育阶段的最后环节,也是各医学生将所学理论知识和实践技能落到实处的一个重要环节。这个环节是由院校学生向医护人员身份转变的过程,既有院校教与学的特色,又有医院学与教的特色,体现在管理上有其生动丰富的管理内容。作为“学用”结合实习医院,临床教学管理工作充分体现了这些特色 . 作为从事这项工作的管理者,从教学管理制度、岗前培训、临床教学、医患沟通、考核评价等五个方面予以归纳和梳理,以期与同行进行交流。

Abstract: The practice of medical clinical specialty is the fianl stage of medical students college education, and an important link for medical students to put their theoretical knowledge and practical skills into practice. This link is a process of transformation from college students to medical staff. It has the characteristics of both teaching and learning in colleges and universities and teaching and learning in hospitals, together with the rich management content. As a “learning-using” combined practice hospital, the clinical teaching management in our hospital fully embodies these characteristics. The author summaries the clinical teaching management in our hospital from five aspects: teaching management system, pre-job training, clinical teaching, doctor-patient communication, assessment and evaluation.
