摘要: 培养卓越医学人才是深化医药卫生体制改革、促进卫生事业发展的迫切需要,是高等医学院校必须承担的一项重要使命。从满足内外部要求的空间维度和达成近远期目标的时间维度,探析地方高校五年制卓越医学人才培养的基本内涵,并从目标定位、课程体系、教学方法、条件保障、学风建设、运行机制等方面提出路径构建框架。

Abstract: Cultivating excellent medical talents is not only an urgent need to deepen the reform of medical and health system and to promote the development of health services, but also an important mission for medical college. In order to meet the internal and external requirements, and reach a target in both short and long terms, we probed deeply into the basic connotation of five-year excellent medical talent training in the local college, and established the framework of path construction from the target orientation, curriculum system, teaching methods, security conditions, construction of study style and other aspects.
