摘要: 有效教育管理是医学院校健康、稳定发展的根本保证,也是学校工作的中心任务。为适应党中央对卫生事业要求和医学教育管理改革发展需要,医学院校要会同政府通过推进政校分开和管办分离、落实扩大办学自主权、完善现代医学院校制度,使高素质医学人才培养真正落地,使医学教育改革的价值追求逐步实现,切实满足群众对健康不断增长的需求。

Abstract: Effective education management is the fundamental guarantee of healthy and stable development of medical colleges, as well as the central task of school work. In order to adapt tothe health requirements made by the Party Central Committee andmeet the needs of medical education management reform development,Medical colleges and universities in conjunction with the government should carry forward the policy of separating administrative affairs from school affairs, and separating decision making from monitoring functions; implement and enlarge the autonomy in school-running; perfect the systems of modern medical colleges and universities, hence, high quality medical talents are to be cultivated; medical education reforms are to be implemented, peoples'growing demands for health are to be satisfied.
