Abstract: Graduate enrollment, as the first selection of talents, chooses the right people to better serve the community. It is necessary to set up conditions for admission, classify the first test content, determine re-test scores, compile assessment content, and formulate conditions for tutor selection. All these jobs should be done respectively in accordance with the different training objectives of graduate students. The paper intends to explore the establishment of talent recruitment system in line with the objectives for medical personnel training and talent selection.
