"Dual-Driving and Triple-Wing" model for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurialcapabilities of medical undergraduates

摘要: 全面推进“健康中国”建设对医学教育提出了新的时代命题,医学生创新创业能力培养成为医学教育改革的关键。本文基于对医学本科生创新创业能力培养的重要性剖析,结合当前医学院校的现实困境,提出“两驱三翼”培养模式,即以“意识驱动+能力驱动”为内核动力,以“导师引领、团队赋能、项目依托”为支撑体系,最终实现“以赛促创”与“成果转化”的双维目标,为医学人才培养模式转型提供理论范式与实践路径。

Abstract: The comprehensive advancement of the Healthy China initiative has posed new epochal requirements formedical education, making the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities of medical students a critical task ineducational reform. Based on an analysis of the significance of fostering such competencies in medical undergraduates andby integrating the current practical challenges faced by medical colleges, this study proposes the "Dual-Driving and TripleWing" training model. The framework features a core mechanism of "consciousness-driven and competence-drivenmotivation", supported by a three-dimensional system encompassing "mentorship guidance, team empowerment, and projectbased learning". Ultimately aiming to achieve dual objectives of "competition-facilitated innovation" and "achievementtransformation", this model provides both theoretical frameworks and practical pathways for transforming medical talentcultivation models.
