耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院医师鼻内镜手术教学模式的探索

摘要: 精细化程序化操作理念引导下的鼻内镜手术教学模式是一种以典型病例为核心,以精细化程序化鼻内镜手术操作为基础、在教师的指导下进行鼻内镜手术操作和临床思维训练的教学方法,不仅具有以案例为基础的教学(case-based learning,CBL)优点,而且也符合耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院医师手术操作培训的要求。这种教学方法运用于鼻科轮转的“耳鼻咽喉头颈外科规范化培训住院医师”的手术教学中,培养了住院医师鼻内镜手术规范化操作、锻炼了住院医师的临床思维能力、激发了住院医师的学习积极性,对于培养住院医师的动手实践能力、临床思维能力都具有重要意义,是一种值得推广的教学模式。

Abstract: The step-by-step transnasal endoscopic surgery training model is a novel clinical teaching method, which is used to teach the clinical thinking and skill on the basis of typical clinical cases and with the guidance of teachers. It has the advantages of CBL (case-based learning), and also conforms to the residency training requirements of operation. This teaching model was used in the standard surgical teaching program for the residents of the otolaryngology head and neck surgery. This training model has set up series of standardization operations, trained the clinical thinking, and inspired the study enthusiasm of the residents. This kind of training model should be promoted.
