Abstract: Through a survey on hospital administrators' training abroad, the status and the intention of going abroad or training, and their major concerns were studied. The results of the study would lay a foundation for hospital to arrange dministrators to train abroad in the future. In the study, self-designed questionnaires on the administrators' intention of going abroad were applied and statistical analysis was carried out. Some suggestions were presented based on the results and the problems existing in current training abroad, which provided scientific basis for hospital plan of administrators' training abroad.
