摘要: 医学双语教学已受到各医学院校的重视,但从事和值得信任的医学双语教师严重不足,作者参与首都医科大学双语教师培训工作10 年,针对培训过程中发现的问题,提出一些双语教师培训的思路和重点,如医学双语教师需要具备的基本知识和技能、双语教学中如何利用英语语言的优势、双语教学中应融入西方文化。

Abstract: Medical bilingual teaching has been highly given attention by medical universities. However, there is still a serious shortage of medical bilingual teachers in our country. The authors have been involved in the training of bilingual teachers in Capital Medical University for ten years. We have found the problems in the process of training, and put forward some ideas and focus on the training of bilingual teachers, such as basic and essential knowledge and skills required, effective ways to use advantages of English, and integration of western cultures into the medical bilingual teaching.
