摘要： 教学管理工作是做好留学生培养、保证留学生教学质量的重要方面，本文总结和分析了医学留学生群体的特点，并针对其特点提出了加强教学管理的原则、思路及对策措施。
Abstract: Teaching management is important for cultivating international students and ensuring the teaching quality. This article analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of international medical students, and puts forward some principles, ideas and measures to strengthen the teaching management, according to their characteristics.
