Construction and effectiveness evaluation of a pharmaceutical care skills teaching model based on a smart pharmacy practical training platform

摘要: 目的 探究“智慧药房”仿真实训教学在药学服务技能教学中的应用效果。方法  本研究采用类实验研究设计,选取2024年9月—2025年9月,河南医药大学2022级药学专业同年级、同专业背景的2个平行班级共120名学生作为研究对象,以班级为单位整群分组,将其中一个班级设为对照组(n=60),另一个班级设为研究组(n=60)。对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组在对照组基础上引入“智慧药房”仿真实训教学,比较两组学生理论知识考核、实践技能操作考核成绩,并通过问卷调查评估教学满意度。结果 研究组学生在药学服务理论知识考核总分(85.13±7.02)分、药学服务实践技能考核总分(85.37±3.64)分以及教学满意度评分总分(4.79±0.30)分方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “智慧药房”仿真实训教学作为一种创新的实践教学模式,能够有效提升药学服务技能教学的质量与效率,在培养学生临床思维、沟通能力及职业素养方面具有明显优势,本研究为其在药学教学中的推广提供了实证依据。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effectiveness of the “Smart Pharmacy” simulation-based practical training in pharmaceutical care skills teaching. Methods This study adopted a quasi-experimental research design. From September 2024 to September 2025, a total of 120 students from two parallel classes of the same grade and professional background (Grade 2022, pharmacy major) at Henan Medical University were selected as research subjects. Cluster grouping was performed by class: one class designated as the control group (n=60) and the other as the study group (n=60). The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the study group was additionally provided with "Smart Pharmacy" simulation‑based practical training on the basis of the control group. The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and practical skills assessment were compared between the two groups, and teaching satisfaction was evaluated using a questionnaire survey. Results The total score of theoretical knowledge assessment in pharmaceutical care (85.13±7.02), the total score of practical skills assessment in pharmaceutical care (85.37±3.64), and the total score of teaching satisfaction (4.79±0.30) in the study group were all higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). 
Conclusion As an innovative practical teaching model, the “Smart Pharmacy” simulation-based practical training can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical care skills teaching, demonstrating significant advantages in cultivating students’ clinical thinking, communication skills, and professional competence. This study provides empirical evidence for the promotion of this platform in pharmacy education.
