摘要: 人才建设是医院发展的根本保障,近年来的一系列改革措施,对医院整体人力资源管理模式进行了颠覆,要求医院人力资源管理更加精细化,即降低成本、提高效率、发掘人才等,医院人力资源管理工作受到前所未有的挑战。为解决上述问题,北京天坛医院以人力资源管理信息化(Electronic Health Record, EHR)为出发点努力推行了人力资源管理的各项工作,并结合论述介绍了EHR 建设的必要性及其应用情况,探讨科学地构建北京天坛医院人力资源管理信息系统,以提高医院的人事资源管理水平。

Abstract: Talent construction is the fundamental guarantee for the hospital development. It is a challenge for the whole personnel management pattern with a series reform measures for hospitals in recent years. It requires more meticulous personnel management in hospitals to reduce cost, to improve efficiency and to nurture talent. To solve these problems,Beijing Tiantan Hospital initiated human resources management reforms based on the Electronic Health Record (EHR). This article firstly introduced the necessity and research status of human resources management informatization construction, and then discussed how to build the human resources management information system of Beijing Tiantan Hospital on this basis.
