以“标准化医嘱”为重点的同质化临床教学平台在临床实习中的应用

摘要: 临床实习是当代医学生合法行医之前必须经历的重要实践过程,由于诸多原因目前存在着教学资源供需失衡、教学带教理念滞后,考核、反馈机制不健全等问题。通过对实习教学和改革的探索,坚持以成熟的临床路径信息系统为依托,以临床常见疾病临床路径“标准化医嘱”为临床带教重点,切实地构建 “标准化医嘱”同质化实习平台,不断总结和探索新的带教手段。为进一步提高临床带教效率、改进临床教学效果,保证后期临床实践的“同质化”教学提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract: Clinical practice is an important practical process that modern medical students must undergo before they legally practice medicine. At present, there are some problems such as teaching resources imbalance between supply and demand, outmoded teaching concept and incomplete assessment feedback mechanism. This article explored the reform of clinical teaching, basing on mature clinical pathway information system, as well as focusing on “standardized medical order” of clinical common diseases in clinical teaching. It will be of some use in homogeneous clinical practice to sum up the new teaching experience, to improve the efficiency of clinical teaching, and to ensure homogeneous clinical practice can provide the beneficial reference.
