Abstract: This article aims to explore the reform of the post competence oriented teaching method in standardized training of neurological residents. The neurological training programs were established with specialty features. A series of strategies were discussed, focusing on medical humanities accomplishment, educating professional ethics, strengthening effective doctor-patient communication skills training, cultivating the independent learning ability. It would help residents to improve medical service and to be a high-quality neurologist under the new medical situation.
