“三导向”人才培养模式下教师发展的研究与实践——以齐齐哈尔医学院为样本

摘要: 齐齐哈尔医学院自2011 年开始实施“三导向”人才培养模式,探索实施以教师综合能力提升为目标的教学改革,在教师发展、教师授课质量等方面取得了较好的成绩。为进一步落实“三导向”人才培养模式,开展了基于“三导向”人才培养模式下教师发展研究与实践,同时新修订了关于教师发展的评价指标体系,用以分析教师发展过程中自身的优势与不足,以此促使教师全面发展。

Abstract: The three-orientation talent training mode has been implemented in Qiqihar Medical University since 2011,aiming to reform and imporve teachers’comprehensive abilities. It is proved successful in teacher development and teaching quality. Our study and practice furthered research on teacher development under the three-orientation talent training mode, newly revised the evaluation index system on teacher developmentto analyze the advantages and disadvantages of teachers’development, so as to promote the all-round development of teachers.
