摘要: 21 世纪迫切需要进行医学教育改革,齐齐哈尔医学院提出的“三导向”人才培养模式改革研究,采用现代项目管理理论和方法,切实解决研究过程中的时间安排、人员选择及任务分工,有效地保障了研究的有效和研究的质量,推动研究不断深入,值得医学教育管理人员借鉴。

Abstract: In the 21st century, there is an urgent need for medical education reform. The reform of the three-roientation talent training mode was proposed by Qiqihar Medical College, and the modern project management theory and methods were adopted to solve the problems of scheduling, personnel selection and task division. The reform effectively guarantees the validity and quality of research and promotes the deepening of study, which is worthy of being referenced by medical education managers
