医学教育全日制研究生纵向班级管理初探

摘要: 研究生教育是国家培养高层次人才的主要途径,近年来随着研究生规模的扩大,特别是医学门类研究生和医师规范化培养并轨的发展,医学院校全日制研究生的班级管理模式也将面临的改革。传统的以入学年份为标准划分的横向班级管理已经不能完全适应学科发展和研究生管理的需要,以学科专业为基础的纵向班级成为医学院校管理研究生的模式之一。本文根据我国医学院校统招研究生教育管理的基本规律和现实状况,浅析纵向研究生班级管理的利弊,以期拓展研究生培养行政组织建设的改革思路。

Abstract: Graduate education is the main way for the country to cultivate high-level talents. In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of graduate students, especially medical students and physicians standardized categories merged culture development,full-time graduate students in medical colleges will face class management mode reform. Horizontal standard classroom management discipline divided by entry year cannot fully adapt to the needs of development and management.Discipline-based classes become one of the longitudinal modes in graduate medical colleges.According to the basic law of expansively enrolled students and practical development condition,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the longitudinal graduate class management aiming to expand the reform of graduate administrative construction.
