德国高等教育理念对我国地方高水平医学院校建设的启示

摘要: 德国高等教育的分类发展,适应了社会对不同类别人才的需求。“教学与科研相统一”的洪堡理念,强调以人为本,培养学生的独立思维能力、解决实际问题能力和良好个人素质。同时,以外部评价为基础的质量保障体系为保证高等教育的质量发挥了重要作用。这些高等教育的先进理念对于我们地方医学院校,如何契合实际,准确确立自身办学定位,建设地方高水平医学院校,培养符合社会需求的“卓越医生”,具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract: The classification and development of higher education in Germany has been adapted to the social demand for different talents. "Unity of teaching and scientific research", people-oriented theory, put the emphasis on cultivating the students' independent thinking ability, solving actual problem ability and enhancing good personal qualities. At the same time, the quality assurance system based on external evaluation plays an important role in ensuring the quality of higher education. These advanced ideas of higher education have important referential significance for our local medical colleges and universities, to build local high level medical college and university, and cultivate excellent doctors to meet the needs of the society, based on accurately establishing its own school positioning and fitting its actual situation.
