Cognition of discipline construction of medical education management from a meta perspective

摘要: 随着近年来医学教育事业的快速发展,医学教育管理学科受到越来越多的关注。本文基于元视角,展示了对医学教育管理学科的发展背景、内涵、学科属性的认识,对医学教育管理学科建设进行了思考,提出了学科理论系统化、学科体系规范化、学科队伍专业化、学科研究体系化等建议,期待医学教育与医学教育管理学科的日臻发展和完善。

Abstract: With years of rapid development in medical education, the discipline of medical education management received increasing attention. From a meta perspective, this paper identifies the development background, connotation, and subject properties of medical education management. Besides, based on the reflection of medical education management’s construction, it puts forward suggestions in the systematization of discipline theory, the standardization of subject system, the specialization of the discipline team, and the systematization of the discipline research. Finally, it sheds light on the further development and gradual perfection of medical education and the discipline of medical education management.
