摘要： 本文对医学教育管理学的发展历程作了简要回顾,对如何加强医学教育管理学学科建设提出了建议:一是构建科学系统的学科理论体系;二是加强学科队伍建设;三是积极开展研究工作,不断完善学科体系;四是推进学术交流,加强国际合作;五是组织力量,出版专著。
Abstract: This paper made a brief review on the development process of medical education management and proposed suggestions on how to strengthen the discipline construction of medical education management. Firstly, build a scientific and systematic discipline theory system. Secondly, strengthen subject construction. Thirdly, take initiative on research work and perfect discipline system. Fourthly, promote academic exchange and strengthen international cooperation. Fifthly, put emphasis on publishing monograph.
