中俄临床医学专业课程设置的比较与思考

Comparison and consideration about clinical medicine curriculum between China and Russia

摘要: 目的 随着中俄在教育领域的合作不断深入,本研究旨在比较和分析中俄医学院校临床医学专业课程设置情况的差异和特点,扬长避短,为我国的医学教育改革提供借鉴。方法 本研究运用比较分析的方法,研究中俄两国临床医学专业课程设置情况。结果 我国的公共基础课学时比例高,临床课程学时比例较低,学生自学能力培养尚显不足,平均周学时偏低,选修课种类更为丰富。结论 俄罗斯医学院校的课程设置自成体系,具有特色,对我国的医学教育有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: Objective Along with the increasing cooperation in medical education between China and Russia, this study aims to compare and analyze the characteristics and difference of medical curricula among the medical schools in the two countries, so as to benefit the reform of medical education in China. Methods Using the methods of comparison and analysis, the study focuses on the medical curricula of China and Russia. Results In China, the number of hours of pre-medical courses is higher among all the courses, but that of clinical courses is comparatively lower. The training of students’ selfdirected learning is still insufficient. Average weekly hours are lower, but the variety of optional courses is more abundant. Conclusion The Russian medical schools have their unique characteristics in medical curricula, which can certainly benefit the medical education in China.
