摘要： 满足人们的卫生需求，努力培养新一代合格的医学人才，是我国医学教育改革和发展中努力实现的新要求。本文根据我国卫生服务需求，分析了医学人才数量、质量、分布三个方面的现状；并以需求为导向，从加强卫生服务系统与医学教育系统之间的信息交流、促进医学人才按需培养，深化医学教育改革、强化医学教育质量，及加强政策引导、促进医学人才合理分布等方面进行了探讨。
Abstract: To meet the health needs of people, and to cultivate a new generation of qualified human resources, are the new requirements of China's reform and development of medical education.
