摘要: 对医学新技术的了解是培养高精医学人才过程中的重要方面。神经外科唤醒麻醉状态下的大脑功能区精准定位技术,是目前手术切除脑部病变过程中保护脑功能的最有效的方法。本文以将脑运动功能区精准定位手术为例,将神经外科精准定位技术引入到医学研究生的临床教学中,不但能使学生初步认识大脑的复杂功能,而且有助于帮助学生形成对前沿医学技术的探索兴趣和学习能力。

Abstract: Acquiring information of advanced medical technologies has an important role in medical education. Precise mapping of brain functional areas is currently the most effective approach in preservation of eloquent brain functions during the awake surgery. This article takes the protection of motor functional area as an example, and further introduces the precise mapping into the clinical teaching of medical students. This education model enables students understand the comprehensive functions of the neural system, and it encourages students to explore the advanced medical technology.
