摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文详细解读美国最佳医院排名评估报告及排名所依据的医院质量指数，学习借鉴美国先进的质量管理理念，对比我国最佳医院排名情况，分析我国医院质量管理体系的现状、问题，从完善分级诊疗体系、应用质量管理工具、关注患者安全等方面提出思考和建议，为提高我国医院建设的规范化标准化水平、促进医院质量管理发展提供帮助。

Abstract: In this paper, we interpreted in detail the best hospitals ranking in the United States and the quality ranking indexes, aimed to learn the advanced hospital quality management concepts from United States, compared this ranking with Chinese best hospital ranking, analyzed the present situation and problems of China’s hospital quality management system. We put forward some thoughts and suggestions in terms of improvement of hierarchical medical system, application of quality management tools and concern of patient safety. We hope our findings will be of some help to improve hospital quality management and the standardization level in China.
