摘要: 目的 探讨CBL结合PBL教学法在神经外科护士层级培训中的应用效果。方法 在科室护士层级培训中应用CBL结合PBL教学法对颅咽管瘤、垂体瘤及胶质瘤3种专科疾病进行培训,其他专科疾病采用传统教学法进行培训,通过自行设计的调查问卷对培训效果进行评价。结果 调查结果显示CBL结合PBL教学法有助于增强专科知识的掌握程度、提高学习兴趣、提高自学能力、团队合作能力、临床思维能力,增强培训总体效果。教学效果优于传统教学法(P<0.05)。 结论 CBL结合PBL教学法在神经外科护士层级培训中效果良好,值得推广。

Abstract: Objective To determine the teaching effect of the CBL + PBL teaching method in neurosurgery nurse level training. Methods CBL + PBL teaching method was applied in three diseases nursing level teaching (Craniopharyngioma, Pituitary-adenoma, Brainglioma), meanwhile traditional teaching method was applied to the teaching of other neurosurgical diseases. The effect of the two teaching methods was investigated by the self-designed questionnaire. Results CBL + PBL teaching method was conducive to enhancing professional knowledge and increasing the learning interest; it was also helpful to improve the ability of self-learning, teamwork and clinical thinking. It was superior to the traditional teaching method (P<0.05). Conclusion The CBL+ PBL is a useful teaching method in the neurosurgery nurse level training and should be popularized.
